Terms of Use

1 – Introduction

1. a) These Terms of Sale set out the terms and conditions on which products are supplied to you as a buyer on www.thespicerack.ae
2. b) Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order via the website or mobile app. By placing an order on the Website or Mobile App , you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale with immediate effect.

2 – Order Acceptance

1. a) Order Acceptance: Our acceptance of your order will take place when we notify you of our acceptance in writing (e.g. by email or mobile messaging). If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing or through a call and will not charge you for the product.

3. c) Cancelling Order: You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.

d )Our Cancellation: We may cancel your order if:

1. You do not make any payment to us when it is due.
2. You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information (delivery Address and Delivery place) and that is necessary for us to provide the products.

3 – Delivery Of Your Order

1. a) Delivery Costs: If you purchase amount is less than 50 AED then the delivery fee of 8 AED will be charged. If you purchase exceed of 50 AED, the delivery will be free of charge.
2. b) Delivery Time: Between 24 to 48 hours from the completion of checkout.
3. c) Delivery Delays:
4. If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
5. If no one is available at your address to take delivery then we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product.
6. If you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.
7. d) Title to Products: A product will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address and you have paid for the product.

4 – Returns & Exchanges

You can ask for return in case the packaging of your product is damaged during shipment, or in case the packaging falls apart so much as to cause the product to lose its quality.

For the item you want to return, the full price of the product is refunded or the order will be sent again free of charge depending on your choice.

If return a product, it is do not break.

5 – Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall limit or exclude a party’s liability:

1. a) For fraud, including fraudulent misrepresentation, perpetrated by that party.
2. c) For any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the website or mobile app constitute your agreement with the condition that follow and we reverse the right to revise these conditions. When we make change, we will post the here.

You agree to check this section periodically to be aware of any changes and your continued use of the site or app shall be considered your agreement to any modified conditions.
